My Why
1. Financial freedom: I don’t want to rely solely on a traditional 9–5 career and retirement accounts to build my future. I want to take control of my financial path and create true independence through my own decisions and investments. 2. Freedom of time: Time with family is a top priority for me. I want the flexibility to be present for important moments — like my kids’ games and life events — without being limited by a fixed work schedule. 3. Generational wealth: My goal is to build lasting wealth that can be passed down and to educate my family on how to manage and grow it, so they have the opportunity to create their own paths rather than rely on traditional employment.

My Why
1. I want to be the best version of me for my family. I want then to have opportunities I didn’t have. This is a continuous driver for me. I always want my family to have more than I did. 2. I love real estate analyzing it, walking it, and transforming it into a place people want to call home. When I work on real estate it doesn’t feel like work, I’m having fun! 3. I want to have the freedom to work for myself and not worry about working a traditional W2 role. Flexibility in my schedule to meet my wealth and family goals.
#MyWhy
1) Freedom/Flexibility - to have FU money (taken from The Simple Path to Wealth) and the freedom to control my time, design my days, and create income that isn't limited by the hours I work. I don't want to spend my life trading time for money. I want additional streams of income that grow whether I'm at work, at home or present with my children. 2) Replace my W2 income within the next 15 years so that work becomes optional. REI is the vehicle that will allow me to build long-term wealth, create stability, and give myself options instead of obligations. 3) Growth/Role Model - As a single mom of three, I want to prove to myself that I am capable of building something meaningful and lasting. I want to model courage, financial literacy, resilience, and ownership. I want my children to see what's possible when you believe in yourself and take bold action. I'm building wealth, confidence, a legacy and becoming the best version of myself.
My Why
1. Learning & Growing: I want to have a better understanding of investing and real estate, and learn from people who’ve already done it. My goal is to eventually be in a position where I can teach and guide others too. 2. Traveling More & Having Freedom: I took a solo trip to Iceland last year and realized traveling is something I truly want to do more of. If I had more time and flexibility, I’d explore different countries and experience life outside of just work. 3.Building Wealth & a Strong Foundation: I want to build long-term wealth, grow equity, generate cash flow, and own real assets that will support my future and my family.

My Why
⏲️ 1- Create more free time. I have many hobbies that I am passionate about such as surfing, fly fishing and traveling. I want to invest in real estate to create more free time to enjoy doing the things I love and also spend more time with my family. 💸 2- Passive income- As an auto mechanic of 16 years my job is very physical. My goal is to use real estate to create a paycheck that won't require bloody knuckles and being hunched over the fender of a car for 8 hours. 🏘️ 3- Learning new skills. One of the things that drives me to this field is there is A LOT to learn. I am looking forward to continuing my education on all things real estate. Whether its finances, deal analysis, negotiating deals, rehabbing, landscape or even advertising I look forward to sharpening these skills.
