Why
- Reduce dependency on someone else/ a job/ income stream (Safeguard my ability to live independently of anyone else)
- Create net worth to act as safety buffer to any financial issue that could arise in future (
- Create income stream which does not require my every day input to continue producing (Reduce my need to work full time and spend more time doing things I a truly driven by (skiing, biking, climbing, being with family))
