DON and Diet
I fast for 36 hours before taking DON. How soon after taking DON should you begin taking in some calories. I’m doing DON today at 40 hours fast so far the thought about continuing the fast to the complete 72 hour fast. Thoughts anyone. I don’t have affordable HBOT. At a 1000 bucks a session it pretty much broke the bank.
