To everyone facing cancer right now — this is for you 🙏
You are some of the bravest people on this planet. Every day you wake up and push forward through fear, pain, exhaustion, and uncertainty… yet you still keep going. Your strength is seen. Your courage is felt. Your fight inspires more people than you’ll ever know. Whether you’re in treatment, recovering, supporting a loved one, or carrying the memory of someone you’ve lost — I want you to know this: I’m praying for you. For peace, for comfort, for strength, and for a light that carries you through the hardest days. You are not alone. You are loved. And your fight matters. -Dr.Chris 🕊💛
@Dr. Chris Cormier, DC Hello. If I feel healthy, or haven't yet harmed myself, how can I determine which foods are suitable for me?
@Dr. Chris Cormier, DC Thank you, but I don't think this is entirely accurate based on the blood group data. If I understand correctly, my blood group is a combination of my parents' blood groups. My parents also received their blood groups from a combination of my grandparents' blood groups. As a result, the blood group changes constantly in each generation. The theory that blood groups may indicate a predisposition to certain foods may apply to ancient humans before their spread from Africa, assuming they were isolated and did not interbreed with other populations. Ancient people didn't know their blood type, and they ate whatever they could find in their environment. As they spread across the world, their diets changed, and they adapted to them. I believe that the lifespan of your ancestors in the place where you live affects your body's predisposition to certain foods. Dr. Jack Cruse says that you should eat local, natural food, no matter where you live. So, if you decide to move from the far north to the equator, you should stop eating northern natural food and start eating food that was created by nature in the equator, where you will live. This is better aligned with the food chain, which is always based on photosynthesis in the habitat of the food chain members, leading to the normalization of all processes in their bodies. If you eat meat, it should be from cows that have been grazing on grass grown under the equatorial sun, close to your home. I constantly compare the opinions of different experts. In any case, I will study your dietary recommendations in more detail

@Stuart Briscoe Thank you for your response. I hope you are feeling well today. Could you please answer the same questions about your late sister, so that we can compare the data?

@Stuart Briscoe I start to worry in a good way when I imagine what kind of reaction people will have after watching the recording of the round table, it will be powerful)
I want to help a person
Hello. My colleague at work was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma of the left lung on 31.01.2025, stage 3 with metastases to the lymph nodes of the mediastinum. The complication is paracancrotic pneumonia of the left lung. Body temperature 38-39°C lasts every day for a month. Mild iron deficiency anemia. Recently, on 02/28/2025, PET was performed/CT scan with 18F-FDG. Activity was detected in the Sigmoid colon and nearby lymph nodes, as well as in the lymph nodes of the neck and above the collarbone. My colleague says that he has lost a lot of weight, there is almost no body fat, and it seems to him that his muscles are shrinking. I suggested that he completely give up carbohydrates and dairy products and switch to proteins and fats, but he worries that cancer will start eating away at his muscles even more due to the lack of carbohydrates. The traditional treatment has not yet been prescribed, the person is a blank slate. Please advise me what to do in his case to gain weight before starting traditional treatment and not fuel cancer.

@Lemon P Do you know which part of dairy products contains Insulin-like growth factors? In milk protein? or in lactose? If you eat lactose-free milk and lactose-free cheese, lactose-free cottage cheese, will they contribute to weight gain, or is it only lactose that gives weight gain and activates IGF?

Hello, thank you all for your answers and recommendations. I'm sorry, I'm not really on the topic yet. Do you have any data or research results that cancer specifically activates gluconeogenesis for its nutrition? If this is the case, then deep ketosis combined with low glucose levels, as during the HBOT press, should trigger muscle shrinkage through cancer-driven gluconeogenesis. Have you had such a result with your muscles? Could blocking cancer's feeding pathways be a better strategy? We do not enter deep ketosis, we do not experience difficulties with HBOT, but only block the flow of glucose and glutamine into the tumor by all known means. Guy Tenenbaum uses this approach. But he seems to be in remission. But how to act with active cancer, while you are not exhausted, striving for deep ketosis? Maybe block all paths first? Have any of you given up deep ketosis with HBOT to test this theory with all the known cancer nutrition blockers?
