Hi Everyone, I am looking to get in touch with someone who can recommend a commercial contractor for pre-engineered metal buildings. Looking for that specifically. No general contractors or residential contacts please. Much much different construction methods. Any help is much appreciated.

Hey @Daniel Foch and @Nick Hill Who do you guys have as the go to planner/ consultant for @Rob Campbell looking to have someone on his team before he eventually purchases a detached GTA home for a 4+1 build out? He has the construction fire power but needs the help mostly on the front end due diligence side pre purchase to make sure he can in fact build what he wants on any subject property.
