FBM RETURN / PRODUCT HAS BEING OPENED
Hello I need help with this please I have a FBM return which I provided my address for return however on getting the product I see it’s already been opened and used . Please what do I do in this situation? The product in question is expensive how am I expected to approve this return while I will be the one taking the loss as the product can not be sold again .
Would appreciate your help .
