The reason your Amazon sales flatline even though you source every day.
You’re feeding Dragon One but starving Dragon Two. Dragon One is finding new leads. New products to test. New ASINs to add to your pipeline. This is the exciting part. The treasure hunt. Dragon Two is staying in stock on the products that already sell. Most sellers spend 100% of their time on Dragon One. They source for hours every day. They add new products every week. And they wonder why revenue stays flat. Here’s why: Your new leads are lottery tickets. Some hit, most don’t. Maybe 1 in 5 turns into a consistent seller. That’s normal. But your winners? The products that already proved themselves after 1-2 restocks? Those are your guaranteed revenue. When you go OOS on a winner, you don’t just lose today’s sales. You lose Buy Box momentum. You lose velocity. Sometimes you lose it for good because another seller takes your spot while you were gone. The math is brutal: 10 products making $8/unit, selling 5/month each = $400/month. Go OOS on half of them? You just lost $200. Meanwhile that entire week of sourcing new leads might generate $50 in its first month. Maybe. The fix: Spend at least 30% of your sourcing time on restock research. Check your top sellers weekly. Know when they go on sale at the retailer. Know how fast you burn through inventory. Build a restock calendar. New leads fill your pipeline.Restocks fill your bank account. Feed both dragons.

Canadian Tire
Hey Anthony - Canadian Tire has started cancelling my online orders. I phoned and the lady suggested I use a different credit card (not my Canadian Tire Mastercard) but that didn't work. She said it was flagged as commercial. I was trying to buy 20 units. Any suggestions?

Most Sellers Think Reviews Win the Buy Box. They Don't.
I see this misconception constantly. New sellers obsessing over getting reviews because they think that's how you win the Buy Box. It's not. The Buy Box is won by inventory distribution across Amazon's warehouses. That's it. Amazon wants to ship fast and cheap. If your inventory is sitting in the right fulfillment centers, you win. If it's not, someone else does. Reviews matter for conversions. They matter for customer trust. But they don't determine who gets the Buy Box. This is why FBA sellers have such a massive advantage over FBM. When you send inventory to Amazon, they distribute it across their network based on demand. You don't even have to think about it. It just happens. So stop stressing about getting 50 reviews before you'll "compete." I've won the Buy Box on listings where I had zero reviews and the other seller had 200+. Because my inventory was in the right place. Here's what actually matters for Buy Box: - Inventory in Amazon's fulfillment network (FBA wins here automatically) - Competitive pricing (you don't have to be the cheapest, just competitive) - Seller metrics (ship time, order defect rate, etc.) - Stock availability Reviews? Not on that list. Focus on what actually moves the needle. Get your inventory into FBA, price it right, keep your metrics clean. The Buy Box follows. What did you think determined the Buy Box before you learned this?

I have actually read it somewhere as well that it’s not price . But whenever I check the product I am on i normally see the buy box go to the cheapest price which obviously make other sellers too reduced their pricing until there is not profit again on the product it’s now confusing to me honestly .
