Your Environment Either Supports You or Drains You
Neurodivergent brains need: Visibility Low friction Clear cues Ask yourself: Where am I losing energy because something is hidden, cluttered, or unclear? Today’s Action: Make ONE thing visible. Move it out. Label it. Simplify it. Share what you adjusted 👇

You Don’t Need an Hour. You Need 2 Minutes.
Momentum creates dopamine. Waiting for a full productive day kills it. Today: Choose ONE task you’ve been avoiding. Set a 2-minute timer. Start. Stop when timer ends (unless you want to continue). Comment: Did momentum kick in?

Stop Creating New Habits From Scratch
Your brain loves anchors. Habit stacking = Attach a new micro habit to something you already do automatically. Formula: After I ___ (existing habit), I will ___ (tiny new action). Examples: After I pour my coffee → I review my top 1 task. After I brush my teeth → I lay out tomorrow’s clothes. After school drop off → I set a 10-minute reset timer. Drop one habit stack you’re building this week in the comments
Dopamine Isn’t About Pleasure
Dopamine is about anticipation. Your brain releases dopamine when it expects a reward. If tasks feel overwhelming or unclear → no anticipation → no dopamine → no start. This is why: Vague goals stall you Big tasks freeze you Clear micro-steps work Today’s Micro Action: Break one task into the smallest possible first step. Instead of: “Clean kitchen” Try: “Put 3 dishes in dishwasher.” Comment DONE and what you did when you try it.

It’s Not That You’re Lazy.
Most neurodivergent brains don’t struggle with desire. They struggle with dopamine regulation. Motivation isn’t a personality trait. It’s a neurochemical event. If you wait to “feel like it,” you’ll stay stuck. This week we build systems that create momentum without relying on motivation. ✨ Comment: When during the day do you feel the biggest motivation crash?
