Dopamine Isn’t About Pleasure
Dopamine is about anticipation.
Your brain releases dopamine when it expects a reward.
If tasks feel overwhelming or unclear → no anticipation → no dopamine → no start.
This is why:
Vague goals stall you
Big tasks freeze you
Clear micro-steps work
Today’s Micro Action:
Break one task into the smallest possible first step.
Instead of: “Clean kitchen”
Try: “Put 3 dishes in dishwasher.”
Comment DONE and what you did when you try it.
