Hey guys, i realized that (or my mum realized) my end of year exams are coming up soon (in 1-3 months i think) so im gonna be taking a break from calasthenics although I will try to get my exersise in from other sports. These exams mean alot as they will be offering scholarships after them and well, lets just say my parents wouldnt be too happy if i wasnt at least close to getting one. of course, im sure i will find time to do calasthenics but if anyone has some quick training to do in gaps it would be much appreciated if you pop them in the comments below. Of course, i wont be tottally be disconeccting my self from this platform, I just won't be as active and be doing as much training as i usually do.
