Easy Protein Overnight Oats Recipe
  • 1 cup Quaker old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Great Value Greek Vanilla Protein Yogurt (13g protein)
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • Cinnamon

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quaker oats
  • 1 cup Greek Vanilla Protein Yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berry medley
  • Cinnamon to taste
Directions
  1. Add 1 cup of oats to a bowl or meal prep container.
  2. Pour in the milk and stir.
  3. Mix in the Oikos Protein Yogurt until combined.
  4. Add the frozen mixed berries.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  7. Eat cold or microwave for 60–90 seconds if you prefer it warm.
This is a great breakfast or post-workout meal because it packs over 40g of protein, plenty of fiber, and slow-digesting carbs to keep you full for hours.
