Ingredients
- 1 cup Quaker oats

Directions
- Add 1 cup of oats to a bowl or meal prep container.
- Pour in the milk and stir.
- Mix in the Oikos Protein Yogurt until combined.
- Add the frozen mixed berries.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Eat cold or microwave for 60–90 seconds if you prefer it warm.
