Intro
Hello everybody my name is Magnus -- My goals are: 100% BW+ or 100kg pull-up 100kg+ Dip Clean Muscleups Clean OAPU and possibly weighted OAPUs Other Calisthenics movements like front lever etc. To build a physique whilst using calisthenics elements -- I come from Australia 🇦🇺
Day 4 Attempt 2
I was hurting pretty bad from work today but managed to still hit my 125 goal. I also accidentally did too many because math is hard. 1st set: 40 pushups 2nd set: 30 pushups 3rd set: 25 4th set: 20 5th set: 20 Total time: 9 minutes I also did 4 sets of 25 squats. Total time: 7 minutes 30 seconds ish

Day 3 Attempt 2
Had a bit of an emergency yesterday but I'm back on the grind today. 1st set: 36 pushups 2nd set: 29 pushups 3rd set: 25 pushups 4th set: 25 pushups 5th set: 17 pushups Total time: 9 minutes 30 ish seconds Decided to do 100 squats in 4 equal sets today too. Total squat time: 8 minutes 30 ish seconds
