Are there any coming in your area soon? I have some almost every week in my area. My question to the community is which ones do you attend? Here are some ways to find local meetups.
=Google search REIA for your city then go to their calendar
=Facebook search your city under events and type real estate
=Facebook groups your city and real estate usually post events
=Eventbrite is a great meetup site search by city and real estate
=Meetups is another great site search by city and real estate
=Weekend open house showings, find listings of properties of your buy box and show up and have a conversation with the owner or the agent, making those connections leads to more
=Auctions for homes
=City council development meetings to the public
=THIS COMMUNITIES COFFEE HOURS AND INSIDER CALLS
