LOOKING FOR GAP LENDER FOR AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

Hey team, We are trying to close on a luxury rehab in a guard gated community which borders the ocean in Oceanside CA. We had a gap lender in place to close but they were unable to perform, first position is in place and we are looking for $800K from one or more individuals cash to close immediately. We do pay for referrals but would like to try and go as direct as possible to get this done quickly. We are open for discussion on aggressive terms to close quickly for a 8 to 9 month hold.
