Another direct funding partner
I also connected with someone from my local REIA and thought I would share his company and contact as well. Has his own company but we connected on the whole sell side.

What we discussed over the phone was a property I would consider purchasing and he helped walk me through the numbers as well as exit strategy in one call. Also discussed restructure of debt solution for the home seller but that was way over my head. I got a direct insight of possibilities from one call.
