When you don't feel like training...
Neither do I.
Some days hit hard.
You feel:
Lazy
Sluggish
Tired
Slow
That’s normal.
We’re all human.
But here’s the difference:
I never miss.
And if I do…
I don’t skip.
I switch.
Active rest.
Instead of doing nothing, I do something:
Push-ups
Squats
Core work
A simple walk
That still counts.
Because movement > nothing.
Recovery matters.
But quitting doesn’t.
Here’s the rule:
When you feel lazy…
👉 Just walk.
5 minutes
10 minutes
15 minutes
That’s it.
Make it harder (if you want):
Walk uphill.
Incline treadmill.
That’s what I do.
And here’s what happens every time:
You start with 5…
Then you go 10…
Then 20…
Then 30.
You don’t need motivation.
You need momentum.
Start small.
Win anyway.
PS. Do something to make your body and mind better than a few seconds ago.
