Hamstring Sore Years After Starting Taekwondo
I started Taekwondo at 44 years old and have been going to class 2 times a week for the last 2.5 years. I stretch before and after, hydrate, and ice a couple times after each workout. I do push myself like I'm 25 still which may be the problem but even after all this time I still have sore hamstrings after almost every class. Was planning on reaching out to Doctor/PT next. Anyone experienced this?

Only 1 week after my colostomy reversal and temporary illostomy surgery, didn’t do this at my dojang didn’t want to give my master a heart attack😂. This is my first kick I’ve attempted

First kicks with my new sticks 🫶🏼
These are SO DIFFERENT than the sticks I’ve been using, so I feel real weird and I don’t fully trust them (or myself on them) Once I’m more familiar with them, I’ll place them with more confidence and then be able to do things like *actually* pivot my base foot 🫣🥴 (yeahhh…yikes) Who’s on IG? I’m already following a bunch of y’all, but I’m sure there are lots I’ve missed. Leave your @ and I’ll follow! I’m kele_tkd 🤙🏼✌🏼
