Hello ladies! We are one week into the new year and I want to know what goals do you all have for yourself?
I started off the new year with a 3-day juice cleanse. I primarily did it to reset my body from all the junk eating the holiday's often bring, taking a road trip to Texas to visit my in-laws didn't allow for the best eating habits, plus I had been dealing with 2 recent illnesses in December. (What a way to end the year!)
I am feeling great and the extra pounds I shed during those days helped to boost my confidence! But my goals for 2026 are not only weight related. Here are some of my goals.
👉🏽 strength train 4x per week (this is usually what I recommend for my patients and I need to practice what I preach)
👉🏽 read 2 books per month (I got a kindle for my last birthday and it has been the best!)
👉🏽 date night with my husband 1x per month (no phones allowed)
👉🏽 LIVE workouts through this platform 2x per month
👉🏽 family game night 1x per month
