Banana Bread
Thought you guys might appreciate this. I bake this banana bread quite a lot, but today I used flour that was stone milled from a grist mill. It was an experiment with using a higher quality flour. The bread turning out a little more dense than I like, but the flavor was good and I like the quality of the flour. I’m going to keep experimenting with it.
