Don’t overthink. 👉 Pick ONE of these and complete it today: ✔ Go for a workout (even 20–30 minutes) ✔ Eat one high-protein meal ✔ Take pictures of everything you eat today Rule: Small win > perfect plan STEP 3: START SHOWING UP DAILY Momentum beats motivation. Each day: - Check the accountability posts - Comment on what you completed - Keep it simple and honest 👉 You are not trying to do everything. 👉 You are building consistency. STEP 4: LEARN & APPLY As you go through posts: - Training - Nutrition - Mindset 👉 Apply ONE thing immediately This is key: Information doesn’t change, your action does!
