Welcome to Built in Public. I didn't want to create just another fitness group with polished photos and fake promises. I wanted to build a place that shows the raw reality of what it takes to transform. The Objective Right now, I’m documenting my journey to my best-ever physique. No filters, no shortcuts—just the workouts, the meal prep, and the daily grind. My goal for this community is simple: 1. Transparency: I’ll be posting raw vlogs and updates on my progress so you see exactly how a physique is built from the ground up. 2. Execution: I’m uploading deep-dive videos on exercise tips. First leg day in Kelowna is in the books. I’m officially starting the cut for my first bodybuilding competition—no more excuses, just pure discipline.
