What's something that you all struggle with when it comes to your fitness journey?
Is it nutrition? Is it consistency? Or maybe something like not knowing how to structure your workouts?
I know something that I struggle with still, even after 4 years of lifting, is knowing that growth is happening, even if I'm not seeing it right away. Sometimes it's hard to see your "gains" when you're looking at yourself everyday in the mirror. It's easy to forget that how your body and your mind FEEL should play a big role in your goals as well, not just how you're looking.
So here's a reminder for myself, and all of you, feel proud about your hard work, keep pushing yourself on those hard days, and your self perception in the mirror WILL change for better.
