Need a Little Help From Friends?
What's something that you all struggle with when it comes to your fitness journey? Is it nutrition? Is it consistency? Or maybe something like not knowing how to structure your workouts? I know something that I struggle with still, even after 4 years of lifting, is knowing that growth is happening, even if I'm not seeing it right away. Sometimes it's hard to see your "gains" when you're looking at yourself everyday in the mirror. It's easy to forget that how your body and your mind FEEL should play a big role in your goals as well, not just how you're looking. So here's a reminder for myself, and all of you, feel proud about your hard work, keep pushing yourself on those hard days, and your self perception in the mirror WILL change for better.

@Whitney Salas Same here! I'm such a sucker for a post workout treat 😭 But having meals prepped definitely helps, especially when one of those meals feels like eating a treat!

@Jessica Baca I hear ya! Finding your groove with nutrition and a consistent gym schedule is one of the hardest things to reel in. Look for the little wins and let them inspire you to keep making those changes 💪🙌

Yay!!!! More people woooooo!! 🙌 💪 So, my favorite excercise is probably walking lunges or goblet squats 🦵 And my LEAST favorite would probably have to be dumbell chest press! Chest day in general is my least favorite 😆
