Yesterday you wrote the man you are committed to becoming.
Today I want to know if that man actually shows up inside your business.
Because here is the truth most founders never sit with long enough to feel.
Your business is not being held back by your market.
Not by your team.
Not by your competition.
Not by the economy.
It is being held back by the identity you are still operating from.
The decisions you avoid making.
The conversations you keep postponing.
The standards you say you hold but have never actually enforced.
The systems that exist only inside your head because handing them off would mean trusting someone else with something you built.
That is not a business problem..
That is a man problem...
And it has a ceiling that follows you no matter what you change around you.
I built a contracting business from nothing and watched it consume everything.
My time.
My body.
My marriage.
My ability to think clearly.
And I spent years believing that if I just worked harder, hired better, or found the right strategy the ceiling would lift.
It did not lift until I did.
Until the version of me running the business changed at the root level.
Not the tactics.
The man.
Here is your Day 2 challenge.
I want you to identify the single decision you have been avoiding inside your business that you already know the answer to.
Not a complex strategic question.
A decision you already know what to do with but have not made because making it is uncomfortable.
The person you need to let go.
The boundary you need to set with a client.
The system you need to build so you can stop being the only one who knows how it works.
The conversation with your partner or your leadership team that you keep moving to next week.
You know what it is.
Write it in the comments.
One sentence.
Not the backstory.
Not the context.
The decision.
Then I want you to tell me one thing.
What has it already cost you by not making it.
That cost is real.
It is compounding.
And the man you wrote down yesterday would not still be carrying it.
