Start Your Mornings Right! High-Protein Breakfast Ideas — Day 1
Ghormesabzi
Today I just made a fried egg for myself, so there’s nothing to share :) But yesterday I invited two of my Dutch friends and their girlfriends, and I cooked real ghormesabzi for them, they loved it! I don’t have a good picture, and I’m not really a fantasy-picture kind of person anyway, so… that’s all. I just want to point out the zereshk and saffron on the rice , that’s the real magic. 😋

🔥 Power-Up Banana Protein Boost Muffins (Sweet, Simple, Gym-Approved, Zero Guilt)
If you’re like me, one of those food-loving people who wants to enjoy good snacks while still staying on track, you need to try these muffins. They’re super easy to make, require simple ingredients, and the result is healthy, tasty, and perfect for meal prep. I added a scoop of protein powder too. It makes them a little denser, but still really good 😎💪 🥣 Ingredients - 2 ripe bananas - ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) - 1 tsp baking powder - ½ to 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Optional (but highly recommended): - 1 egg (makes them fluffier) - 2 to 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup - A pinch of cinnamon - A splash of vanilla - 1 scoop protein powder (your choice of flavor) 💪 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C 2. Mash the bananas until smooth 3. Add peanut butter and mix well 4. Add baking powder, egg and sweetener 5. Fold in blueberries gently 6. Fill muffin cups about ¾ full 7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden 8. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing 💡 Tips - If your blueberries are frozen, add them frozen so the batter stays thick. - Skipping the egg makes the muffins more dense but still delicious. - Protein powder makes them a bit drier but perfect as a post-workout snack.
