At BlackBadge.io, we build AI Growth Infrastructure for modern service businesses — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for hungry, ambitious setters who can help us book demos with business owners through cold calling, SMS, and email outreach.
💰 The Opportunity
- Average deal size: $1,500 – $7,000
- Commission: 15% per closed deal from your booked appointments
- Potential earnings: $250 – $1,000+ per sale (uncapped)
- Tools Provided: GoHighLevel, AI Salesbots & Outreach Systems
This is perfect for students in AI, SMMA, or tech communities who want hands-on experience in real sales systems — not just theory.
⚡ What You’ll Do
- Book qualified appointments with business owners (we train you)
- Make 55–75 cold calls per day
- Send DMs and emails using proven scripts
- Join short daily team huddles (15 mins)
- Hit KPIs: started convos, booked calls, follow-ups, Loom/VSLs sent
- Submit daily reports and track progress
- Work directly with a closing team that turns your appointments into real deals
