Vapi vs Retell - Knowledge base
Hey guys!
Looking for some advice :)
I have used both Retell and Vapi for my voice agents. Bothe have their advantages.
Retell is VERY good at knowing about the knowledge (prices of services in a PDF). But when I add it to Vapi with the same prompt, it might know its there about 10% of the time. But most the time, Vapi makes up the numbers.
Has anyone else seen this? Any advice would be appreciated!
