Vapi knowledge base not working
Hello everyone! I have been trying to use the KB of vapi for a while now but I am not able to make it work. I have uploaded the document and even have reference to it in the prompt so it searches for the information in it but it doesn't work.
It always tells me some other information or anything at all. Has anyone had a similar problem? How did you fixed it? Thanks
