turning a gaming café into a self-running system (experiment)
I’m testing a small idea and would genuinely value input from people who’ve built or operated in the real world. I’m experimenting with taking a very offline business (gaming cafés) and making just one layer of it feel more predictable and calm: availability, bookings, and basic automation so owners don’t live in WhatsApp and players don’t have to ask “PC free?” all day.
