🚨Twilio + Retell AI outbound and inbound calls not working 🚨

Hi I’m from the uk and i connected twilio to retell ai but every-time I go to make an outbound call or inbound call nothing happens

When I go to twilio it says status verified it a customer profile needs to be done but it’s been verified

I made my account on sole proprietor and it’s not working

Is this a common issue with the uk
