To build your own ai voice agent or subscribe to a service

Hello all. I find myself wanting to jump into this new ai voice agent market but I'm at a crossroads. I watched Brendan's build your own ai voice agent YouTube video but I also see the potential benefit of subscribing to one of those done for your ai voice platforms. Those options are pricey but perhaps worth it. As I said, I'm confused as to which way to go. I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on this. Thank you!
