Please explain how the ai agent answers when someone calls the business phone number? I assume that this is handled through some kind of simple call forwarding. That said, I just learned that some carriers are removing (ie. Spectrum customer phones obtained from Spectrum) the functionality from the phone's hardware setup the ability to enable call forward by removing that ability from the phone. I'm one of them and I own the new Samsung S25 Plus. Am I missing something?
