Question about the forwardcall tool in VAPI

Hi guys I wonder if it's possible to use function to forward the call to a real human in VAPI

The catch is it needs to be an inbound call, and works like a call center where there will be different departments where the call can get forwarded to.

Sounds like VAPI squad is the solution for this but I think that would only work if we would like to pass the call to another AI, in our case we would like to pass it to a real human.
