How It Works

Project-to-project partnership. You pick up projects that match your skills and availability. Typical projects are 1-4 weeks depending on complexity. We have a steady pipeline, so consistent work is available for developers who deliver.

2 projects per month (on average, you can take more or fewer)
Clear scope and deliverables upfront
Work independently or with our team as needed
Occasional client calls (1 per project, typically)

The Projects You'll Build

You'll architect AI voice agents integrated directly with leading CRM platforms:

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Servicetitan and similar systems
Voice agents that handle customer calls, book appointments, qualify leads, and drive sales
Complex n8n workflows that power the automation behind the scenes
Real-time CRM data syncing for seamless customer experiences

Each project is scoped, budgeted, and ready to build. No vague briefs. No scope creep surprises.

What You Need to Have

Core skills (required):

Retell expertise - You've built real voice agents with Retell and know the platform deeply
n8n mastery - Strong hands-on experience building workflows, automating logic, and connecting systems
CRM integrations - You've connected voice agents to CRMs before. You know how to make data flow work.
Independent problem solver - You work autonomously, figure things out, and deliver quality code
Client communication - Comfortable hopping on calls to discuss requirements and updates

Bonus skills:

Voiceflow (chatbot building)
Vapi or Livekit integration
AI chatbot development
Vibe coding with Lovable or similar tools
Full-stack development / software engineering background

Location

New Zealand-based developers are strongly preferred. Time zones and collaboration work better with NZ hours, plus we're building this locally. That said, if you're exceptional and can make client calls work around NZ time, we're open.
