Please explain how the ai agent answers when someone calls the business phone number?
I assume that this is handled through some kind of simple call forwarding. That said, I just learned that some carriers are removing (ie. Spectrum customer phones obtained from Spectrum) the functionality from the phone's hardware setup the ability to enable call forward by removing that ability from the phone. I'm one of them and I own the new Samsung S25 Plus. Am I missing something? So If I was sold an ai voice agent service, and my phone doesn't support call forwarding thereby preventing me the ability to call forward to the new ai voice agent assigned phone number, than what?
