Outbound Calls TCPA rules

Hi - I’m wanting to build an outbound voice agent for a medical staffing company using retell AI and this Voice agent would take data that was from a healthcare database (already verified and DNC scrubbed) and reach out to different healthcare providers cell phone numbers on this list and basically call and validate that it’s a working number - if it’s a working number then it will push the information into their ATS.

Is this possible or does it open the company up to legal issues - its a US based company.
