outbound calls not triggering

hey guys, I trigger outbound calls with a webhook from GHL to retell. This works perfectly fine with a business number, no problems. But today I tried triggering one with my Australian mobile and retell says 'dial failed' as the disconnect reason. There are no error logs in twilio, as if the call didn't take place, so it feels like the issue is in retell. I have even verified my identity for outbound calls. Any ideas on fixes?

P.S My SIP trunk is routed to the US because it don't have the option to create Australian trunks for some reason? I feel like this should't matter because I have business numbers in there that still trigger outbound calls, and mobiles that receive inbound calls complete fine.

Any pointers are appreciated
