I’m working with a marketing agency in the dental niche. They’re already using GoHighLevel + Google Calendar to manage leads from Meta Ads.
The goal is to replace human appointment setters with an AI voice agent that calls leads directly, qualifies them, and books appointments on the calendar.
Right now I’d love some input on:
- Whether it’s better to build the demo with Vapi.ai or Retell AI (which one is more stable, natural, and integrates better with GHL).
- Best practices for handling real scenarios → e.g. when a lead speaks unclearly or can’t be understood, how to manage “Sorry, I didn’t catch that, can you repeat?” without sounding robotic.
- How to structure the integration → lead from GHL → AI call → confirmed appointment on Google Calendar / updated in CRM.
I’m building a demo in 3 days, so any practical tips or examples would be gold 🙏
