Make.com Appointment checker

I've spent the entire day trying to figure out how to set up a working check availability scenario for my Voice AI Agent in Make. I've watched multiple YouTube tutorials, but I still can't seem to execute a simple working flow.

If anyone here has experience with this, I'd really appreciate some guidance on how you set it up-what modules are required, and how to connect them properly. A free breakdown or example would help me a lot.
