I’m looking to connect with a few automation devs / n8n builders for upcoming client installs.When I sign clients, I’ll provide full system architecture and flows — you’ll implement based on my scopes.
Here’s the Tier-1 System Scope (3 modules):
1️⃣ Voice Agent (Call Handling System)
- Tool stack: Twilio Voice + n8n + Vapi (or Retell)
- Detect inbound calls → AI greets caller, qualifies with 3–4 prompts
- Logs transcript + caller info → Airtable
- Sends missed-call summary via email/SMS to team
2️⃣ Email Agent
- Tool stack: Gmail API + n8n + OpenAI
- Detect inbound lead emails (from webform / portal)
- AI reads message → sends polite human-tone response in <2 min
- Creates record in Airtable (name, email, message, response)
- Optionally forwards to agent calendar or CRM
3️⃣ WhatsApp / SMS Agent
- Tool stack: Twilio WhatsApp / SMS + n8n + OpenAI
- New message triggers AI reply (lead qualification template)
- Collects name, intent, budget → saves to Airtable
- Alerts agent via Slack / email when a lead is marked “Hot”
🔹 Each module plugs into the same Airtable Hub (Leads, Responses, Bookings tables).

🔹 Expected delivery: 7–10 days / project.

💡 Bonus Opportunity (After Tier 1 Roll-Out):
If you also understand how to build an Appraisal AI Agent for real-estate — one that can pre-qualify property appraisal requests, estimate value ranges, or route to valuation forms — mention it.
