Inbound- (outbound-) calling agent - white label or package or...?

Following all your great videos first of all thanks a lot for them :)

To develop an inbound- or outbound calling agent with twillio, vapi and make is not that difficult but how to package and market/sell it to customers? I would like to see a video on how to with different strategies like white label or offering only the service or maybe a different approach I cannot think of with all the pros and cons.
