I need some help with Retell ai

Hey guys, I am working on designing a demo for a meeting I have tomorrow with an owner of a hair loss clinic. The basic premise of the agent is to act as an assistant who helps new customers figure out the best treatment plan for them. I'm using retell ai and I'm just a little stuck on what is the best way to design it. I've attached a screenshot of what I have so far. Any helps you guys can give me will be really helpful thank you!
