I have a question for the group
When you get your clients how do you handle the phone number? As in do you get them a new one on twilio? Or they keep their original number and you set it up to forward to a twilio number or do get them a new number on twilio and they keep their original as the ‘transfer’ number if the ai hallucinates or the customer asks to speak to a human?
