How to build an AI chatbot assistant for Telegram Group Chat

I need help setting up an AI chatbot assistant for a Telegram group chat. It’s for a course creator with a large student community. The goal is for students to message the bot privately to get answers or clarity on topics already discussed in the group.

I'm considering either:

Having a VA update the AI's knowledge base daily using exported chat logs, or
Finding an integration that lets the bot scan the main group chat for relevant answers on the fly.

Anyone have experience setting something like this up? Appreciate the help!
