🚀 Hiring: Full-Time AI Voice Developer (Retell, n8n, CRM Integrations)
Hey guys,
I’m looking for a full-time AI voice developer who knows what they’re doing when it comes to Retell, n8n, and CRM API integrations.
!! Not looking for someone that has their own agency or wants to run their own agency alongside this position.
We build AI voice agents for businesses and integrate them directly with CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Servicetitan, etc.
You’ll be handling 2 projects per week, working closely with our project manager and occasionally hopping on client calls (1 per week per project).
What I’m Looking For:
- Solid experience with Retell
- Confident working with n8n and API integrations
- Has integrated voice agents with CRMs before
- Can think independently and figure things out without constant direction
- Comfortable joining short weekly calls with clients
- Available full-time (no side hustles or part-time gigs)
Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked with Voiceflow (for chatbots), Vapi or Livekit
- Can build AI chatbots
- Are good at vibe coding with tools like lovable
- You have Software development skills (coding)
