I would like some help or a nudge in the right direction with an issue I encountered while setting up my very first Vapi assistant.
I have created a reception to answer questions, etc. So far, on a basic level of knowledge, it is working fine. After I configured the prompts properly, the first call was working totally fine. There are no big issues besides some inaccuracies that can be fixed in the future. Long story short, when I tried to call the agent again to test some other questions, the agent hung up the call after the initial greeting. When I looked into the logs, the transcriber did register my voice as it was transcribed, yet the assistant thanked me for the call and ended it. This happened multiple times.
After searching the Vapi KB, it was suggested that the End call function be turned off, which solved the issue of the call ending prematurely. But it presented another one, which will not end now unless the caller hangs up.
Has anyone encountered the same issue, and if you did, how were you able to solve it?
