Help needed! Creatomate keeps descaling video 0.25 in make. How can this be fixed?

Hey guys so I've built an automation to automatically crop videos based on given timestamps but Creatomate keeps descaling to 0.25 and producing a low-quality output do you know what I need to fix? Any help would be appreciated. The video I'm feeding is a high-quality 1080p 5:4 video not sure why it's descaling it to crop it. If I render in the same dimensions it's descaling it even though the input render_scale is clearly set to 1.0.
