From Mission, British Columbia, Canada (50 min east of Vancouver)

Hello everybody, my name is Trace Hobson, and I currently work in British Columbia, Canada. I work in Canadian healthcare organizations and consult, coach, and help leadership teams create psychological health and safety in their cultures through a leadership modality I created called Safe Space Systemic Leadership and Coaching.

As part of the programming we teach leaders and teams, we embed ourselves into the operation and help them practise the skills and tools we teach, while also using AI agents and different use cases to create more space and time to develop their culture.

My background is in executive leadership, industrial project management, technical project management, and business development. I see voice AI as having huge potential to reduce stress, absenteeism, and poor communication within a healthcare application. I also have a background in technical project management for industrial technical equipment. See a big opportunity to leverage voice AI in technical project management, coordination, and communication.

It's my hope to partner with others who are interested in these use cases and have more technical ability than I do. I'm currently working at a full-time job and also in graduate research, doing my thesis work. I'm pretty new to platforms like n8n, and although I have built some basic systems, my learning curve is still steep. I'd love to partner with others who may have more technical expertise and are interested in gaining access to the sectors and use cases I have expertise in.
