Florida Leads Interested in AI Cold Calling — Looking for Advice
I have a few leads in Florida that are interested in using AI for cold calling, where the outreach would be from a business to individuals.
Before moving forward, I want to make sure I’m approaching this the right way, given Florida’s stricter rules.
I’m mainly looking for:
- Advice from anyone with experience in Florida
- Safer workarounds or alternative approaches
- How others are structuring AI-assisted outreach in this situation
