Hi everyone 👋

Excited to join the hackathon!

I’m currently focused on building AI voice agents for cosmetic clinics, and I’m working on a real-world case where the agent handles inbound calls, books appointments directly into the CRM (ClinicMinds), verifies callers via keypad input, sends SMS confirmations, creates callback requests and checks real-time office hours.

The system is already functional in Dutch and about to launch in a real clinic environment. I’m now refining the setup and joining this hackathon to showcase how I built this solution and continue improving it!
